I have heard from colleagues in one company that despite publicly shouting about improvements in quarterly figures nobody will be getting a bonus. This company puts big emphasis on people first - be interesting to see if the Cxx's also get no bonus.
Trying to decide whether to book some technical training for muself (ITIL or UML or something like that) or to start some academic study (Degree).Think the Technicla stuff will be more useful to me going forwards as a Freelancer.
