Sat in a workshop yesterday for data mapping for a migration from one inventory system to another. It brought up two things
What a lot of crap Telco's bought from vendors - lash ups, generics, unknowns - quite a mess
Secondly why I'm glad to be on the Architecture side rather than the design or implementation side - its very tedious work
